I'm Greg Chalmers, a veteran and the owner of Henlopen Home Watch. After years of looking after homes in Lewes, Rehoboth, and the nearby beach towns, I kept seeing the same story: a small leak, a tripped breaker, or a failed HVAC unit that sat unnoticed for weeks and turned into a costly repair — or the punch list piles up, and you spend the weekend maintaining the vacation house instead of using it.

Home watch changes that. On a schedule you choose, I walk the property inside and out, look for obvious problems, and send a clear report with photos. If something needs attention, I can often fix it on the spot. If it needs a licensed trade, I coordinate the vendor and meet them at the door. I also handle one-off concierge tasks when you just need someone local to take care of it.
